Career Consultant, Expert Witness, Author, and Public Speaker, Brad Taft brings passion to his work in Career Transition, Vocational Assessment, and Employment.
As Managing Director of Taft Vocational Experts, he provides expert witness services in employment-related lawsuits including Divorce, Wrongful Termination, Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, and Immigration.
As Chief Career Strategist of the Taft Career Group, he facilitates career decision-making, helps individuals communicate their talents and interests to prospective employers, and develops strategic campaigns for people to land new career opportunities.
Brad has over 40 years of experience in the human resources consulting field emphasizing executive recruiting, outplacement, and career transition. He has also founded and managed six of his own businesses.
He holds certification designations in the Human Resources, Career Consulting, and Expert Witness fields: Career Management Fellow (CMF), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Senior Certified Professional – Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), and Certified Forensic Litigation Consultant (CFLC). He received a B.A. in Communications and a M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
Brad is the co-author of two books: Boom or Bust!: New Career Strategies in a New America, a career management guide for mature workers, and Return of the Boomers, a leader’s guide to managing the mature workforce.
